There you go Dixie...8)---My family!!

Families Can Be Together Forever

"I have a family here on earth,
They are so good to me
I want to share my life with them
Through all eternity."
(Hymns, #300)

Jose de la Cruz is my dad. We call him papa. He is very hardworking and has excellent leadrship skills. As an area manager, he mans the company almost all over the country that is why we get to spend time with him only for a short while but much love goes to him. I reckon he's a very good friend because as a boss, he is loved by his subordinates. I love my dad as well. He's been there for me whenever I need him. He is also very generous to lend a helping hand to those who need help. That's why, as long as Dad is around, its never difficult for me to get along with people. I <3 u papa!
>This one is a picture I took with Dixie's
cellphone. I find it funny to see how dad
knew that i'm trying to take pa candid
picture of him in the background. lol It
was taken on a hot sunday at Mang Inasal.

Josephine de la Cruz is my Mom. Mama is how we call her. Much love goes to her as well. I won't be what I am right now without her. No words can tell how grateful I am to have her!!! She gave birth to us, her three angels ceasarian...gosh, i can't imagine how brave my mom is to undergo such surgeries. She's known for her beautiful face and I'm proud of her! Whenever she'll bring her office pics before, I would always say that mom is the most beautiful girl in the office. Thanks to your genes mom! lol]

>this pic of me and my mom was taken last march while we were
preparing form my college graduation.

Leizl Joy de la Cruz is my eldest sister (or should I say Oldest Liz??? lol) She's cool and if there's someone you should call fashionista, it should be her. I like her styles. She's our make up artist! She's bright and intelligent and with all that she's gone through, I say she's very brave. I love you sis! She gave birth to a beautiful baby girl, Charlize Leigh who colored all our worlds the moment she stepped to earth. We all love her very much. Later on, Charlize's younger sister was borne, Lana Alyssa. She's very pretty like her sister and they both rock our worlds. There is power in their innocence and charm in their sweetness that makes people love them and love them and love them.

>This pic was taken during my
graduation dinner. See how inta
she is??? lol

Dixie May de la Cruz is my older sister next to Lizzy. She's moody but she's got a mature mind and a unique sense of humor. Look for a true friend and you'll find it in her. I love ya dix!

>This pic of Dix and me was taken last
December 2008 when we were preparing
for our family picture.

Ernesto Yap Piccio is my ever beloved Grandpa. We call him lolo. How am I able to thank him for how he has helped me in my life? I used to run to him when I and my sisters fight. He's been my comforter. I remember, when I was young, we used to tell jokes and he used to tell me stories from the bible. He's one of the persons who laid the foundation of the gospel in me. You'll know more about him in my blog post that i'm gonna do on his birthday on July 7. Much love goes to grandpa....

>This is one of my favorite pictures of grandpa.
He looks funny with Lizzy there. lolz

Milagros de la Cruz- we call her mommy..is my favorite aunt. Much love goes to her too. We had lots of fun before!!! Kisses to mommy!!!

Home and Family
I am born and taken care of under the loving hands of my parents, Jose and Josephine and raised up close to my beloved grandpa, Ernesto Piccio. I have 2 beautiful sisters: Leizl Joy (Lizzy) and Dixie May (Tats). Lizzy now has 2 kids: Lana Alyssa and Charlize Leigh. You will know more about them as I continue on with my blogs.

Religion
I am born a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. This significant fact shaped a whole lot of who I am today and what I will be in the future. Some people think that Mormons, as what our church members are called, are wierd. Probably just strange but not wierd. lol If you wanna know more about my church, click here: www.lds.org. You will know more about my church and about its significance in my life (even in yours!) as I post more and more blogs.

Now...
I'm now 20 years old, turning 21 this september and planning to serve a mission this december. I just graduated last march. I took up Bachelor of Science in Nursing. I'm taking the board exam in November!!! Wish me luck!!!

More about me....
Just a bit about me, I'm just simple but I'm guilty of narcissism but at tolerable levels. I love to talk about my self and to take pictures of my self as well. When a group picture comes to hand, I look for my self instantly. People think of me to be girly and vain. Though it shows true sometimes, I never really think of my self as such. I just love the color pink, that's all. In fact, I only really fix my self when I go out. When I'm at home, a pony tail will do. 8) Wherever I go, I wanna make a stand or leave my signature. In other words, I wanna be known for something. I don't want people just passing by me. Say in a play, I don't want to be in the back stage. I wanna be out there in the stage-acting, performing. I wanna make a mark wherever I am. If I'd get a psychological disorder, probably that would be histrionic...lol

>Talents
  • Singing- I do it as much as I love it! I join choirs and contests.
  • Acting- I've been in plays several times. I love it!
  • Dancing-fair
  • Writing essays and poetry-kudos!
  • Arts-in some aspects like decorating..in fact if given the chance, I wanna study interior designing as my second course.
  • Playing the piano- I love it!

>Colors:
  • Pink- almost all of my bags are pink! I think I should shop for other colors now. lol
  • Green-when I was a kid, I used to love this color. Mom said this is my grandma's favorite color too. 8)

>Foods

  • Chocolates - I love them!
  • Cakes - especially Bob's Black Forest...yum!
  • Chicken - no one beats the fried ones
  • All sweets!!!

>Animals

  • Cats- they're very cute to me since I was a kid!!!
  • Dogs- I learned to love them too! They're all so cute!
  • Mice??? it depends....

>Clothes

  • I wear dresses on sundays down to the knee. I rarely where blouse and skirts at church since I was used to wearing dresses since I was young. When I wear skirts, I wear those that flash or those that are like a balloon or like bohemian skirts...those with layers. Pencil is never in my fashion statement. (Probably this explains my personality of wanting to stand out from the crowd. I want to be seen easily. I don't want to be a wall flower.)
  • When I go malling, I wear skinny jeans. Since I turned 18, I wore sandals more than rubber shoes. I only wear rubber shoes when I do sports or community service projects.
  • I patronize Red Girl, Crissa and Jag Jeans! yeah!
  • I love wearing leather bags....they make me look more like a lady. 8)

>Music

  • Pop- like that of Mandy Moore and Hilary Duff. I don't like to listen to very loud music.
  • EFY - I love to listen to EFY Songs. Those are songs for the youth of our church, Especially For Youth as what they're called. Now that I wanna prepare for my mission, I listen to them more often.
  • Hymns- I love our church hymns.
